Meet Paul Turvey, our new Head of Memory Care at Cavendish Park.

“I am beyond excited to be joining Dan and the team here at Cavendish Park and returning to Majesticare – a company that really does put the residents at the heart of everything they do.”

I have worked in the care sector for over a decade, taking on roles such as Registered Manager and heading up numerous memory care communities, winning Memory Care Champion of the Year in 2017. With this, I am thrilled to be bringing my knowledge and expertise to help make the Cavendish Memory Care Community outstanding.

Here at Cavendish Park, our family of residents are incredibly special to us and we are always trying to find new ways of providing the very best in person centred care. As Memory Care Lead, I am fascinated by the life history of our residents and believe it is of the upmost importance for us to understand a resident’s background in as much detail as possible. This way ,working with Majesticare’s Dementia Care Strategy,  we can fine tune the perfect care for them and ensure that those within our community remain the individuals they have always been – personalising every aspect of their care to allow them to continue living a fulfilled and purposeful life.

As well as celebrating the individual living with dementia, we understand how hard it can be for family and carers supporting loved ones, that’s why when we make a promise to support your nearest and dearest, we are making a promise to support you too. Let us guide you and your loved one through this journey, offering the time, dedication and reassurance you rightly deserve.
