Our Winner this year of the Majesticare Star Awards Unsung Hero Award, Maintenance Manager, Andy Hewitt.

I am pleased to have won the ‘Unsung Hero’ award here at Majesticare for the work I do at Cavendish Park. However the win was not just for me, but represents everybody at Cavendish Park and within Majesticare, all of whom contribute in one way or another to our success, contributing to the well-being of our residents and colleagues each and every day. My personal reason for choosing to work at Cavendish Park is the desire to help others and the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Majesticare gives me the chance to endeavour to fulfill those aims. Each day I come to work with a great team, all working to the same goals, striving to provide the best care possible within an environment that we try to make as homely as possible. I believe this reflects in the environment we create and the spirit of family that we provide to our residents, their families, and to each other.
