Sarah Jennings has thirteen years’ experience working in luxury care homes.

After an early career in sales administration and working as a Medical Secretary, Sarah joined a care group with three high quality homes in East Devon. Sarah worked her way up through the ranks from Administrator to Deputy Manager to General Manager and it is here she played a major part in leading all three homes to an Outstanding rating by CQC.

Sarah has many qualifications to support her extensive experience and her ethos is very clear, that any luxury care home starts with great care from great carers. She is often quoted as saying she would expect any home she is associated with to be of the highest standard where her mother would like to live and family and friends can be part of.

Away from work Sarah holds family as an important value and lives in the Blackdown Hills in Devon with her husband, Steve, two daughters, three dogs and a horse. She very much enjoys the country way of life, sunny holidays, going to concerts and the theatre.

Sarah joined Majesticare’s team in 2018. Her role at Cavendish Park is Commissioning/Operations Manager where she will ensure the smooth transition of the home during it’s opening, maintaining  exceptional standards throughout, and ensure we continue to provide the very best care for the people who call Cavendish Park home.
