I am Dan Bridges, I lead my professional Care Team in delivering the highest level of care and support for our residents.

My commitment to professional development has equipped me well for my role here at Majesticare, where I work hard to ensure that those in my care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.

I believe in maintaining strong relationships with my residents and their relatives, and understand the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of a care home. I believe in strong links with the community to enhance the lives of the residents who live with us. 

In 2017 I won the “Outstanding Contribution Award” at the GCPA Care Awards. 

I feel that the Majesticare philosophy matches up well with my own beliefs on care provision, and I am committed to ensuring that all our residents continue to receive the high levels of care and protection they deserve.

I am qualified to Level 7 in management and also hold The Dementia Leadership Award. 

When I am not in work you will often find me out with my horses enjoying the countryside air. I use to Show Jump to BSJA standards which was very successful. I am currently breeding show jump horses from Top International bloodlines and selling to young riders across the country. I love the company of my grandfather and you will often find him supporting at all horse occasions. He is well known in the horse world as “Grandad”.

I also enjoy the company of my 2 dogs, Jasper and Murphy . A chocolate Labrador and Springer spaniel. I enjoy socialising with friends and I am not one to hide from the karaoke.
